Family Gym Time [>]

This is an Open Gym time for families. Meet us in the gymnasium for some running around fun! This is family run, so please bring any gym equipment or toys to share. Start date TBD


Open Swim [>]

Available to youth ages 17 and under several times per week. Activities include but not limited to: lab swimming, water sports, and more. Schedule subject to change without notice. Membership Required.

Proper swim attire is required: Swim trunks (no cut off pants or jeans), bathing suit (no shirts), and towels are required. Shoulder length hair requires a swim cap. Swimmers must shower before entering the pool.

Lifegaurd to swimmer ratio is 1 to 20. This includes pool deck areas.

Jr. Celtics Basketball Program [>]

The Jr. Celtics program will be starting Saturday, January 25th 2014 at Madison Park from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm The program operates for 4 weeks on Wednesdays.

Program Overview
·         A skill development, sportsmanship and leadership program for 3rd-5th grade boys and girls
·         Program teaches participants basic basketball drills designed by Celtics coaches and challenges them to improve their performance in measurable ways over the course of four weeks.
·         Top 10% of “improvers” get rewarded with a Celtics ticket
·         Nominated Captain’s from each site collaborate to create a community service project on a social cause

Senior Swim [>]

Available to seniors ages 55 and over several times per week. Schedule subject to change without notice. Membership Required.

PAL Karate [>]

Program is designed to increase concentration, balance and coordination, improve self-control and discipline, learn respect and non-violent methods of conflict resolution, improve muscular speed, power and flexibility, enhance awareness. Opportunity to compete in tournaments.

Instructor: Amos Marerro
Schedule: Mondays and Fridays, 5pm–7pm
Cost: Classes are free
Ages: 4.5–17
Fees: uniform $40, testing fee $15, promotion fee $10 (equipment fees for higher ranks vary)

Women’s Self Defense [>]

Program designed to teach women the many effective techniques in self defense. Consists of our 5-point striking system and multiple strikes principle. The curriculum teaches the proper use of elbows, knees, kicks and hand strikes to specific parts of the body designed to give the defender the skill to nullify and attack and escape from danger. An introduction to Wing Chun is included in this curriculum.

Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00pm–7:30pm

The Science of In-Fighting Wing Chun System [>]

Program teaches the forms of Wing Chun, Chi Sao (sticking hands) Sensitivity training, the Wooden Dummy form free fighting and self defense applications for real life situations.

Nutrition, weight management, and mental and spiritual awareness is included in all classes.

To be considered as students please stop by during class times and speak with one of our qualified instructors and schedule an interview.

Cost/Fees: Membership required. $250.00/month. Saturday only classes $25.00/class.
